You must not
• Copy or republish material from WhitelistM, SaleGames, F404 Store, and/or Trindny Services;
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from WhitelistM, SaleGames, F404 Store, and/or Trindny Services;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from WhitelistM, SaleGames, F404 Store, and/or Trindny Services;
This agreement begins on the date when the bot is added to any server.
Parts of the Discord server offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas. WhitelistM does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their appearance. The Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of WhitelistM or our partner entities (F404 Store, SaleGames, and Trindny Services), their agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, SaleGames shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on the official Discord server. WhitelistM reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that may be considered inappropriate, offensive, or that cause a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
After payment approval, the payer has 7 days to request a refund. We will not issue refunds to individuals who have already used any of the activated benefits, or if they have a history of requesting chargebacks.
Uptime Guarantee
We strive to provide the best uptime for the WhitelistM bot. However, it is not guaranteed that the bot will be online at all times. These circumstances may include the following:
• The Virtual Private Server provider experiencing service outages.
• Maintenance or code restructuring of the bots.
• Instability issues in our systems.
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend your benefits or suspend your server at any time without a plausible reason. Some of these reasons can be found in the list below:
• After a review, our team decided to suspend your server, whether or not there is a plausible reason.
• The user or subscriber has violated our Terms.
• The subscriber no longer agrees with our Terms and/or Privacy Policy.
Watermark
The bot contains a watermark in the biography section of commands such as botinfo. Regardless of whether you pay for a plan or not, the trademarks of WhitelistM and partner entities will continue to appear.
Vulnerability Reporting
Human error happens to everyone. Reporting vulnerabilities is always welcome through our support ticket on the official Discord. In extreme cases, we may reward you through our Bug Bounty system, offering a generous sum of money or additional benefits in our systems. These rewards are not guaranteed for all vulnerabilities found and reported.
Price Changes
Price changes for benefits may occur, but with at least 5 days' prior notice before a global change. Price changes will also apply to those who are already beneficiaries, meaning the renewal will reflect the updated price as well.
Accessibility and Termination
We may terminate our services entirely, partially, or for a specific bot update/feature. The termination of a feature may involve users' and sellers' balances or real money without prior notice.
Data Protection
WhitelistM protects and guarantees the privacy of our active subscribers. We employ encryption for confidential information stored in our database.
Information Stored in the Database
By adding, using, or interacting with the WhitelistM bot, you agree that we store certain data in some systems, features, or specific commands.
If you subscribe to a plan, your full name, identification, basic server data such as your ID, server ID, user IDs interacting with our systems, configuration contents, whitelist contents, and other related information will be permanently archived in our systems once a user interacts with or purchases something. It is essential to highlight that archived records will remain accessible for a significant period to ensure their availability. Regarding the sharing of information with licensees, this will only occur in specific situations, strictly following the applicable laws and regulations of Brazil and Discord's ToS. If the user wishes to remove parts of their saved information on a particular server, they must contact our technical team through our support.
Changes to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies
We may change the terms of use and our privacy policies at any time without prior announcement or notice. Review our terms daily; you can and should find the modification date of these terms at the top of this page.
